Services

All installation and on-site services, including CCTV installations, networking, and IT support, are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Warranty on Services:

  • Services are performed professionally and in line with industry standards.

  • Any issues arising from service must be reported immediately so we can address them.


Products & Equipment

Warranty on Installed Equipment:

  • All equipment installed by us comes with a 30-day warranty.

  • Warranty covers physical damage caused by external factors (e.g., accidents or mishandling) and does not cover damage due to our neglect or improper use.

  • Faulty or damaged items covered by warranty will be replaced at no additional cost.

Returns on Products (Non-Installed):

  • Products purchased through our store have a 30-day refund period.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged on delivery.

Exclusions:

  • Shipping costs for standard returns are not covered by us.

  • Refunds or replacements are limited to the cost of the product and do not include shipping or installation fees.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the product if applicable.

  3. For manual payments, ensure your payment proof is included.

  4. Once verified, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund.

  • Products that have been modified, tampered with, or installed incorrectly by the customer or a third party are not covered under warranty.
