Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

Service Delivery (Installations & On-Site Services)

All services, including CCTV installations, networking setups, and IT support, are scheduled after payment has been received and processed.

Once payment has been confirmed, a technician will contact you to confirm the installation or service appointment date.

Services are typically scheduled and delivered within 72 hours during normal operating periods, depending on availability and location.

Please note that peak periods may affect scheduling times, but we aim to complete services as quickly as possible.


Product Shipping

Local Shipping (Western Cape)

Orders within the Western Cape are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.


National Shipping (Outside Western Cape)

Orders outside the Western Cape may take up to 4–6 working days for delivery.

Additional shipping costs may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.


Order Processing

All orders are only processed once payment has been received and cleared in our account.

Customers paying via manual EFT must send proof of payment to assist with order verification.
